Acceptance of Terms
By hiring Denver Roofing Team for any roofing service, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding contract between you—the property owner or authorized representative—and our company. If you do not agree with any part, do not proceed with the work. We recommend you read this page carefully before signing any estimate or agreement.
Service Description and Scope
We provide roof replacement, roof repair, storm damage restoration, commercial roofing, and residential roofing services across the Denver metro area. Every job includes a detailed scope of work, materials list, and timeline. Any changes requested after the start of work must be approved in writing and may affect the final price and schedule. We do not perform work outside the agreed scope unless authorized.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are based on current material costs and labor rates. If you delay acceptance beyond 30 days, we may issue a revised estimate. We include line items for materials, labor, permits, and disposal. No hidden fees. You will receive a final invoice matching the approved estimate, plus any approved change orders.
Warranty Information
Denver Roofing Team backs all labor with a 10-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on shingles, metal roofing, and other materials pass directly to you. We will repair or replace any defective workmanship at no charge during the warranty period. Payment Terms
We require a deposit of 30% of the total estimate before starting any roof replacement or roof installation project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and your final inspection. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For larger commercial roofing projects, we offer financing options with approved credit. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel any project within three business days of signing a contract, per Colorado law. After that, cancellations must be made in writing and may incur a fee equal to costs already incurred (materials ordered, permits filed). We will reschedule weather-dependent jobs at no charge. If you need to reschedule for personal reasons, please give us 48 hours notice.
Liability Limitations
Denver Roofing Team carries general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage as required by Colorado law. Our liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues discovered during work, or damage caused by third parties. We will notify you immediately if we uncover any unexpected conditions.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from our services shall be resolved through mediation in Denver County before any legal action. If mediation fails, the parties agree to binding arbitration under Colorado rules. You agree to bring any claims within one year of the completion of work.
